We ask that you allow enough time for your treatment and arrive at the arranged time
For appointments of one hour or more, a deposit will be required at the time of booking. This is refundable only if the appointment is cancelled three hours minimum prior to the actual appointment
If appointments are missed on various occasions a deposit will be requested. We ask that you telephone and cancel, as this allows the opportunity for another client to attend.
We regret that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled for clients arriving over 15 minutes late.
All courses must be paid for on commencement of first treatment.
Gift Vouchers will NOT be redeemable after six months from date of purchase.
Please can you inform the salon before appointment time if you do not wish to have a particular treatment that you had requested, as we allocate appropriate treatment times. A charge may occur for this allowed time.
